Upcoming Photography Event

An Evening with Eric Draper, White House photographer

The Department of Journalism & Mass Communication at California State University, Long Beach invites students, alumni and members of the community for an evening with CSULB alum Eric Draper.

Draper served as the White House photographer from 2000-2008, and will be discussing his experiences during his tenure at the job.

Come spend an exciting and pleasant evening on November 12, from 5pm to 6:30pm at the Pyramid Annex, on campus, listening and interacting with Draper and other attendants during the department's alumni event.

Attention Photo 281 Students

Attention all students enrolled in Photo 281. You must turn in 6 prints to the instructor of your section of Photo 281 by Tuesday, November 3rd. If you do not turn in the prints you will be withdrawn from the class. There are instructions on what (and where) you need to turn in, as well as contact info for each of the instructors, posted in each lab (LAC and PCC). If you cannot turn in the prints by Tuesday get in touch with your instructor to make alternate arrangements.
