Photo Club Events - Stay Involved!

Christmas Party
Join us for an end-of-semester holiday party.
When: Sunday, December 14
6:oo-9:oo pm

Other Photo Club happenings over the break:

December 23: Vanity Fair Gallery, LACMA
@ 12:30 PM, tour at 1:00 PM
8 dollars at the door with school ID

January 3-8: San Francisco
-Will be discussed on December 14th @ The Christmas Party
-If you want to fly tickets range from $49-$60 one way, depending on where you are departing and arriving
-Drivers: get a head count on who will be car pooling with you (gas is cheap right now)
-Hotels ranging from $50-$90 per night depending on bed sizes (we will look into it more when we know how many people are coming)

January 30: Bonfire at Bolsa Chica Beach
-Field trip for new members and welcome back to a new semester

Enter the most prestigious competition for creativity in photography, the 50th annual Communication Arts Photography Competition. Any photograph first printed or produced between March 12, 2008 and March 6, 2009 is eligible. Selected by a nationally representative jury of distinguished designers, art directors and photographers, the winning entries will be published in the August 2009 Photography Annual. Over 70,000 copies of the Photography Annual will be distributed worldwide, assuring important exposure to the creators of this outstanding work. As a service to art directors, designers and art buyers, a comprehensive index will carry telephone numbers, e-mail and Web addresses of the photographers represented.

Photo Club Meeting - Wed the 3rd

Photo club will be meeting Wed. December 3rd at 4pm in room EE250 at the PCC campus. We will be discussing the upcoming Christmas Party, and we are starting to get organized for next semester. We hope to see you all there.
